For quad skate wheels only.Instructions:1. Remove 1/2" axle nut.2. Remove any washer that may be under the axle nut and discard.3. Place O-Ring onto axle.4. Replace and tighten axle nut.5. Press NUT JOB completely onto 1/2" axle nut.
