The Starter {also known as the 400 or 405} by Chicago is a skate that is suitable for both children and adult beginners.
Similar to the Chicago Juvenile {available in sizes 10J - 4}, but the Starter is mounted to an aluminum plate {with jump bar} and uses a poly nylon indoor wheel.
The aluminum plate is a stronger, but also heavier, chassis for this skate. They may come with a fixed or adjustable toe stop. If you have a preference, we will do our best - please make a note in the order comments at checkout.
As is customary with Chicago skates, white boots may come with tan or black outsoles {sorry, no choice}, and wheel graphics and appearance may vary.
White boots {400} come in sizes 1 - 11, and black boots {405} come in sizes 1 - 13.
Recommended for beginners of all ages.
