Do you ship internationally?
  Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. <top>
Help! I need to change my delivery address.
  No problem. Please e-mail us at [email protected]. If your order has already shipped, UPS charges $12 for this service. You can use your original payment method or a different one.
How are shipping charges figured?
  We use the UPS live rates to quote shipping prices plus a handling fee that is charged by our distributor. Please note that we may use a different shipper for cost/time considerations. If the shipping amount charged was too high, we will either give store credit or refund the difference at our discretion.
How long does shipping take?
 
We do our best to insure that all orders are shipped within 3 days. Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to guarantee same day shipping.

If you choose Rush or Express shipping, your items will usually leave the supplier the same day if the order is placed by 10AM EST or the next business day if placed later; however backorders and other possible factors make it impossible to guarantee a specific delivery day. (If an item is on backorder, we will contact you as soon as possible.)
How will I know when to expect my order?
  When you place your order, the shipping method chosen will give you an estimate of when to expect your order. You will also receive notification of your order being shipped out as well as a tracking number.
I need to ship this to my sister, nephew, godson, etc... Is that possible?
  In order to lessen fraud, orders over $100 must ship to the verified address. If you need to ship to a different address, please contact us. After validating some additional information, we will attempt to meet your needs.
When will my backordered item ship?
  If you order an item for which we are taking pre-orders, please understand that your credit card is charged immediately. We then place the order with our supplier, so that your order is added to their backorder file because items are shipped in the order they are received. You may call or text us at 1-912-506-4126 for the projected date of arrival for the item.
Where do your products ship from?
  We ship from suppliers located throughout the US. The exact location is determined by the products ordered.
Will I receive a tracking number?
  Tracking numbers are usually emailed in the evening on the same day of shipping. You may check the status of your order from your Connie's Skate Place account page; or by clicking on the link that was emailed to you with your order confirmation.
